The Best Place to Visit in Jakarta
Exhausted but still excited, on October
7, 2016 i visited Thousand Island which one of the most
touristic islands in Jakarta. Thousand Island is located in Taman Impian Jaya
Ancol. Its name is famous because it is consists with so many island with a
very beautiful view and that’s the reason many foreign tourists visit.
Arrived at 05.00 a.m at Bogor
Station, i have to waiting for others coming because i went to Thousand Island
with my college friends and also my teacher. It takes 45 minutes from Bogor to
Jakarta Kota Station so i decide to sleep at the train because i was very
sleepy. From Jakarta Kota Station we have to take a public transportation to
Taman Impian Jaya Ancol gate. After we went the gate we waiting for the bus
which take us to the harbour and im very tired because of my heavy bag.
Unfortunately, we only visited
three island of so many island there. The first island which us visited was
Bidadari Island, it takes 20 minutes from the harbour to the island, and once
we arrived there i was very excited about the view, the view was so pretty
blue, eyecatching, breathtaking, its beautiful at all...

The second island which us
visited was Onrust Island. This island was a historical island because so many
heritage of the Dutch and in ancient times Onrust Island held a sanitorium for
people suffering from tuberculosis and a quarantine station for pilgrims
returning from the Hajj to Mecca. I ididnt take so much pictures there because
i was very tired and also i didnt go with others to take a tour with the guide,
but when i walked around with my friend i found a good spot so i think its a
must to take a picture there lol
One that i love from this island is the fresh breeze
The last island to visit is Kelor Island. But sadly
our boat cannot access the island so we just saw kelor island from away but the
island was very beautiful too. I wish in the next time i can visit the island with my family. ^_^
